Broccoli Slaw

2 heads finely diced broccoli including stems
1/2 cup diced purple onion
1 cup sunflower seeds (I substituted almonds and it was great)
1 cup raisins

2/3 cup healthy mayo (you can find this at sunflower market in salt lake)
2 T honey
2 T apple cider vinegar

Toss together and serve, its even better the next day!
